Individual equipment development for Santim Fresh Style
Santim chain new fresh-style concept replenished with a new supermarket. Fresh–market assortment basis are fresh products focused on own production. The new supermarket style is a Provence shopping street with a cozy and comfortable shopping atmosphere. Aisberg engineers have designed and manufactured equipment that corresponds to the interior concept, maintain consistent products quality and provide ergonomics for customers.
Fresh salads, fruits and vegetables, pickles and marinades are offered to buyers in the compact stainless steel island of refrigeration cabinets. A specialized refrigeration module with cooled round tanks in the tubs form has been developed for pickles sale.
In the cookery department, the whole range of ready meals is presented in a refrigeration cabinet with panoramic front glass without brackets, where the cabinet structural details don’t interfere with the products inspection and selection. The reliable hinged glass mechanism provides cleaning convenience and exposition updating. The stainless steel corner element with glass shelves was designed for ready packaged meals sold in self-service mode. It constructively connects cookery cabinets and meat delicacies line.
The supermarket’s exposition center – refrigeration cabinets line for cheese sale – structurally combined with confectionery department cabinets with a neutral module. Cabinets have a special design for decoration elements fastening.
For the new Santim pastry department, Aisberg engineers redesigned serial pastry cabinets. At the same time the basic structural elements are left – sliding trays, cooled glass shelves, but the exposition surface level significantly increased. This solution provides maximum convenience of pastry delicacies choice.

Medusa energy-saving multi-decks with double air curtain for dairy products, beverages, sausages and packaged meat sale installed along the trading area perimeter. Low-temperature Display multi-decks with LED backlight and horizontal Nautilus are used for frozen product sale.
