The new Tavria V supermarket in Dolyna, Ivano-Frankivsk region is a convenience store within the shopping center, focused on the daily needs of customers. The focus is on a wide range of fresh products: meat and gastronomy, vegetables and fruits, fresh baked goods. The supermarket offers a large selection of ready-made food and exclusive brand products.
For the new store, the Aisberg company implemented a complex supply of refrigeration equipment – refrigeration cabinets, refrigerating and freezing chambers, aggregates, as well as a multi-compressor refrigerating system with adjustable refrigerating capacity. Applied technical solutions combine reliability and energy saving, ensuring a stable temperature regime for all product categories.
In order to rationally use the retail space and increase operational efficiency, the Tavria V supermarket used a refrigerating chamber-showcase, which combines the functions of storage and sales of products. The chamber is equipped with a ceiling air cooler, energy-efficient glass doors and functional shelves, which ensure convenient display of goods, its accessibility for customers and comfortable work of the staff.
In the refrigerating chamber, a wide range of products requiring medium-temperature storage is presented – dairy products, cakes, drinks, packaged gastronomy. Such a solution makes it possible to effectively use the trading area, reduce unnecessary movement of goods and at the same time ensure proper conditions for its storage and presentation.
For the sale of weight products, fresh meat and cooking in the new Tavria V supermarket, a line of Diagonal refrigerated counters of a new modification has been installed. The solution was specially developed by order of Tavria V taking into account the current technological and operational needs of the network.
The new modification was a development of the basic Diagonal S model, the concept of which assumes maximum openness of exposure and minimization of structural elements. The new version emphasizes the functionality and efficiency of daily trading processes.
The fruit and vegetable sales area in the new Tavria V supermarket is equipped with a specialized Montenegro refrigerated rack. The design of the storefront ensures efficient use of the retail space, allowing a wide range of products to be placed.
To work with the seasonal assortment and promotional offers, the shopping area is additionally equipped with refrigerated promotional Promo showcases.
In order to ensure the continuity of the trade process and support the necessary stock of production, refrigerating chambers for warehouse storage are provided.
