One of the largest operators of the food retail market in Lutsk, the Salut Trading House company, has expanded its ranks with a new store. The supermarket is equipped with Cube refrigerated displays from Aisberg in a new design.

Updates touched, first of all, the construction of refrigerated cabinets. Because of significant changes in the production technology and fastening system, new displays consist of 95% galvanized steel parts, which extends the life of the equipment. By order of the «Trading House «Salyut» body of all gastronomic, fish and meat displays are made from stainless steel.

Aisberg engineers paid special attention to the ergonomics of displays. The advantage of the updated Cube counters compared to previous versions is a 250mm wide stainless worktop, cutting boards and stands for scales that can be conveniently moved along the entire length of the display. Energy-saving acrylic curtains are equipped with rollers. The front glass has a hydraulic lift for easy loading of goods and cleaning inside the display. Thus, the staff has the ability to quickly serve the customer in any part of the product exposure along the entire line of display.

The line of refrigerated counters is complemented by a Cube hot cabinet with an inclined exposition surface for the most popular culinary dishes and a temperature range of +30/+60 °С.

Medusa semi-vertical displays in Cube design have an energy-saving package – a double air curtain and Remis sliding doors (Germany). Protective bumpers against impacts by trolleys are made of stainless steel.
