Medium-temperature refrigeration displays Cube CS with cross-cooling system.
The cross-cooling system avoids temperature fluctuations inside the display during the thawing period. In displays with a cross-refrigeration system food remains fresh and attractive for longer. Accurate temperature control is especially important for fresh meat and gastronomy.
