The ukrainian Epicenter network opened a new multi-format shopping center in the capital of Ukraine. The large Food Market on the first floor of the shopping center is equipped with Aisberg refrigerated display cabinets with Epicenter’s author’s decor.

The 2,900 m2 retail space has three trade zones – fruits, vegetables and delicacies – with Cube refrigerated counters in an island combination. All counters have a self-service modification for maximum free choice of products by the customers themselves.

The vegetable island is a customized refrigerated display cabinets, which was designed and manufactured to order by Epicenter. Stainless steel finish, inclined display surfaces, capacious refrigerated drawers – everything works for comfortable shopping.

A large line of 13m-long refrigerated display cabinets, where each module is specialized for different varieties of fish and special types of meat products, attracts the attention of customers with a bright decor. The fish and meat departments are highlighted by the color of the finish. For each product – its own refrigeration module with a special design and temperature regime – to preserve the quality of products and their effective presentation.
The cross-cooling system in the meat display cabinets ensures a stable temperature in the refrigerating volume even during defrosting and takes care of the quality of the meat.
