Diagonal refrigerated display cases have gained new functionality thanks to changes to the design and refrigeration section. A new version of this design was developed at the request of our partner, the Tavria V retail chain.
Unlike the basic Diagonal S model, which was focused on maximizing product visibility and minimizing structural elements such as brackets and supports, the new version is designed to address the technological and operational challenges of retail.
The development and manufacturing of this equipment included a full-scale assembly of all display line units in accordance with the Tavria V supermarket project, as well as initial operational testing conducted at the Aisberg factory.

The height of both the display deck and the cabinet body has been increased, positioning products closer to the customer’s eye level for enhanced visibility and shopping comfort. The design has been upgraded to support the installation of LED lighting with an optimized spectrum, as well as energy-saving night blinds, improving product presentation while reducing energy consumption.

Aluminum supports have been integrated for a fixed glass shelf, providing additional space for the placement of complementary goods — increasing merchandising flexibility and enhancing retail space efficiency.
Glass air deflectors along the front panels help to prevent fogging under high humidity conditions in supermarket, while also contributing to overall energy savings. System solutions of placing the cooling part in display cases for meat, fish, and cooking have been applied.

In accordance with the new modification of the base Diagonal S model, other units within the product line — including Caspiy, Fish, Self-Service, and corner modules — have also been structurally adapted to align with the updated design.
As a result, the Diagonal display case line now includes a technical counterpart — a more advanced and operationally optimized version of the equipment. The first installations of the new Diagonal display cases have already been completed in two Tavria V supermarkets in the Odesa region.
