Technical features of the display case provide the best conditions for presentation and preservation of meat in compliance with all sanitary standards.
The display case is equipped with an automatic bottom wash system at the request of the display case operator. After starting the system, the refrigeration supply is turned off and the washing mode is started. At the end of cleaning, the system turns off the water supply.
The interior of the display case is made of stainless steel.
The structural placement of the evaporator and fans allows for easy and high-quality sanitary treatment of the display case.
