Cube refrigerated display cases with automatic bottom washing provide the best sanitary conditions for fresh meat. The vertical placement of the evaporator prevents its corrosion and extends the service life of the equipment.

The fish department is equipped with display cases of three modifications for all categories of fish products. The refrigerated display case for fish on ice is equipped with an irrigation system (fogging) for better preservation of fish freshness and prevention of the appearance of fish smell in the store.

Technological and thermal equipment is built directly into the design of the refrigerated display cases – in accordance with the cafe menu.
