Marco Peerdeman unique specialist, a leading butcher of London network butcher shops Ginger Pig, who worked for several years with Jamie Oliver in his steak house Barbecoa, has held series of seminars on cutting and selling meat in St. Petersburg chain stores Gyrlyanda on equipment manufacturing Aisberg Ltd. In program of seminars - classic European meat cutting, assessment of its quality, efficient demonstration of meat and its preparation.

One of the latest network objects is steakhouse Gyrlyanda Steak Shop & Show on the Rubinstein street in St. Petersburg, which is equipped with unique showcase Cube for meat with cross-cooling system and two vertical evaporators. This display case was especially developed and manufactured by Aisberg's specialists for selling of freshest farm meat.

Marco said: «This is a great idea - to offer meat in such show case, like a cold fish tank - beautifully filed, sells well and most importantly, retains the freshness of meat.» So, all Gyrlyand's guests are now able to admire layout of goods of the European level on display cabinets Aisberg for meat.
