   General Manager Oleg Antonenko in his lecture accentuated attention on differentiating idea of "Aisberg":
     - «- "Marketing strategy, which we develop, begins not when the goods are made, and when we start to invent and design”

   Unlike our competitors in Ukraine who borrow invented by someone goods, we invent ourselves. To create what we produce now, necessary to live life

   And live 3 - 4 - 5 - 10 years. And to have strategy in upbringing and growing team of associates, who are able and develop new technique and to win the competitors.

   We must to consolidate our efforts. We must accelerate the introduction of new technique. We need to focus and get to the minds of customers from all sides, in order to he will have information about our differences.

   Convey our differentiating idea can commercial managers, who every day tight communicate with customers. Engineers can make it too. Everyone has the opportunity. Team of reformers creates the best, offers his ideas. Only our collective work and our desire will bring us to victory"
