Unique cooling system for fresh meat in the angular Cube display cabinet

Conditions with maximum low boiling temperature, minimum speed of air movement and stable temperature even during thawing are required for saving freshness and appearance of meat in display cases. These conditions combine to provide a minimum shrinkage, maintaining the appearance and quality of products.
Display case Cube at steak house "Garland Steak Shop & Show» is intended for demonstration and selection of restaurant guest’s fresh meat for cooking steaks. Given the likelihood of an extended stay of meat in a display case, the standard cooling system does not meet the above requirements.
Feature consists in the fact that display case is angular and accordingly service and operation of the cooling system, daily sanitizing of all surfaces are complicated.
All these problems were solved by vertical placing of two evaporators inside display case operating in the regulatory system «cross» and the built-in refrigeration unit managed from its pressure switch with the ability to control the boiling temperature.
