New effective solutions in organization of sale of fresh products

      On the 28th of November and until the 1st of December a seminar of «Aisberg» Ltd devoted to New effective solutions in organization of sale of fresh products took place in Odessa, Ukraine.

      The participants of the seminar were 30 trade networks from Ukraine, Russia, Transnistria, Russian distributor companies and European and American partners of «Aisberg» - producers of non-standard heated, refrigerated and humidifying equipment from Portugal, Netherlands and USA.

      In terms of presentational program new solutions in organization of sale of fresh products were observed in details by categories: «meat», «fish», «pastry», «confectionery», «fruits and vegetables». Companies «Aisberg», «Fri-jado» and «Fricon» have presented their new models of equipment and innovational technologies for freshly cooked gastronomy and frozen products. «Prodew» company (USA) have presented unique technologies for humidification of fresh greenery, meat and fish products in supermarkets.

      For the participants of the seminar technical excursion on the factory «Aisberg» was organized, where there were shown the full cycle of production of refrigerated equipment, including all technologies of metal processing: new punch machine, bending machine, new automated line of degreasing of metal particles, powder coating, cabinets assembly squares.

      Cultural program of the seminar included visiting of the Day of young wine in one of the biggest wine factories in Europe – cultural center of «Shabo» wine in Odessa region.
