DESCRIPTION

PARUS refrigeration cabinets range with forced refrigeration system is intended for demonstration and sale meat, delicatessen and dairy. These cabinets have been designed to be connected to the remote refrigeration units.

Lighted canopy is situated in the upper part of a cabinet.
According to the version cabinet may have 2 or 3 shelves for food laying-out.
Modules lengths: 1250, 1875, 2500, 3750 mm.

PARUS wall cabinet has two versions:

  • 1230 mm high with two shelves;
  • 1520 mm high with three shelves (PARUS-H).

PARUS cabinet can be built into the MEDUSA run. Different modules are separated with an insulated mirrored divider. Mirrored dividers increase food visibility.
PARUS wall cabinet is very efficient when it is placed under the window of the food preparation shop. Visibility of the food preparation process increases sales of these foodstuffs.

FINISHING

PARUS cabinet can be adapted for different food product groups. Black finishing will increase sales of meat and prepared meat products, Beige finishing gives the best fit for pastry, white one with coloured bumpers is the best for cheese and packed dairy products.

REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

There are two main modifications of PARUS cabinets:

  • with standard air forced refrigeration system (+2/+6°C);
  • with forced refrigeration system and electric defrost (0/-2°C)

Front risers and shelf dividers, plastic price holders of different colours and shapes, special hooks for sausages.

PEAK DEMAND PROBLEM SOLUTION

For the purpose of peak demand problem solution in delicatessen departments there were developed a special version of PARUS cabinet 1230 mm high. It has been developed on the basis on the ELLIPSE model.

Usually the basic foodstuffs require cutting, packing and additional services from a shop-assistant’s side. That’s why during holidays and week-ends there are queues in deli departments.
PARUS refrigeration cabinet is intended for sale of packed delicatessen in self-service system. It makes easier the work of personnel and quickens purchasing process. Customers can easily take packed food themselves without waiting in a queue.
PARUS cabinet can be built into a run of ELLIPSE cabinets. And it is separated from the ELLIPSE cabinets with an insulated mirrored divider. Owing to such position of the cabinet packed foodstuffs are situated near their analogues sold by weight. And this is an indispensable condition for their efficient sale.

EFFICIENT USE OF CORNERS

In order to optimize corners in the deli departments PARUS corner module has been developed.These PARUS modules can be built into the ELLIPSE cabinets run. Packed food is sold in the best way from the refrigeration cabinets open corner elements where the food is more visible.

Narrow top together with panoramic side panels provide maximum goods visibility.
