New modification of low temperature cabinet «Nautilus» allows reducing energy consumption and capacity value of refrigerating units on 30%
Beginning from June, 1 «Aisberg» company starts in a mass production the energy-saving version of refrigeration cabinet «NAUTILUS». The new construction of refrigerated island foresees the whole complex of structural and technological changes which not only simplify exploitation but also allow reducing energy consumption.
A basic idea consists in the complete division of two cooled capacities of cabinet by impermeable heat-insulated partition. Control system of cooling and defrosting also autonomous. Tuning and maintenance of temperature and also defrosting in one capacity produced separately from the other.
The new aerodynamic construction of plastic building on takes into account all questions related to prevention of freezing of snow fur coat and ice at enhanced humidity in a shop. Possibility of setting of cabinet shades is plugged in geometry of building on that allows using its surface for the display of the associated goods.
The form of the cast plastic profiles in overhead and bottom part of partition provides possibility of smooth turns of cold air. The current of air becomes more even and moves inside cabinet in the laminar mode. In 2 times increased surface of recuperative heat exchanger between get-away steam and acting cooling agent. As result of all structural changes of cabinet «NAUTILUS» became decreasing of necessary refrigerating capacity on 30% as compared to previous version.
In the modification of refrigerated island with antifreeze defrosting heating pipes are placed in the polyurethane body of cabinet under the zincked sheet and defrosting control devices are taken away from the internal volume of cabinet under outward revetment. These changes improve possibilities of exploitation and regulation of defrosting. Overhead cover of evaporator is structurally removed, that allows service personnel easily open a pallet for foods to control evaporator and make emergency defrosting.
In the standard version of cabinet the anticorrosive coat of the zincked steel is entered powder-like coating. Double-chamber insulating glass is executed only from hardened glass.
