ELLIPSE CABINETS SPECIAL MODELS
DESCRIPTION
Ellipse is the refrigerating cabinets range for supermarkets and hypermarkets (Ellipse refrigeration cabinet is covered by Patent for production piece No.11296 dated 15.12.2005).
The cabinet have been designed to be the remote refrigeration units.
Modules of different length (1250, 1875, 2500, 3750 mm) and 90° corner elements give the possibility to create the different length runs of the same design.
While designing Ellipse cabinets Aisberg engineers have been trying to reach the maximum efficient presentation of goods and their visibility in order to increase the sale efficiency. The researches held by Aisberg technicians showed that shape of ellipse is an ideal solution of the set task. Frontal glass shape has been continued and accentuated by the side-panel design.
Design of the cabinets has been developed by Aisberg’s engineers.
 
REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
Ellipse cabinets with different temperature conditions have been developed in order to supply the optimal set of gastronomic cabinets run in accordance with the foodstuffs offered in the store:
+1…+8°Ñ — for gastronomy and delicatessen products;
+4…+10°Ñ — for confectionery;
-6…-8°Ñ — for frozen food;
+30…+90°Ñ — for cooking, demonstration and sale of prepared hot food.
ELLIPSE refrigerated cabinet is manufactured in three main modifications:
- with standard refrigeration, without additional refrigerated storage and with a possibility to build in a refrigeration unit (S);
- with standard forced refrigeration, with additional refrigerated storage (SO);
- with cross-refrigeration system and additional refrigerated storage (CS)
STRUCTURE
Functional design and special features of the Ellipse construction provide the maximum efficient presentation of goods and also the ergonomic and practical service.
The frontal glass curve and position of the lighting increase the exposed food visibility.
Ellipse cabinet tem has enlarged additional refrigerated storage with internal lighting for keeping some food stock and quick display refilling.
Insulated dividers can be installed between the modules with different temperature conditions and hermetically separate incompatible foodstuffs. The mirror set into the divider increases the visibility of the exposed food.
To organize the layout of the food inside the cabinet there were provided special low glass dividers (optional).
FINISHING
The exhibition deck surface can be manufactured from painted metal sheets or stainless steel. Standard version: painted.
The lower frontal panel of the cabinet can be painted in different colours. There is a possibility to install special plastic lower panel with lighting and advertising inserts upon the customer’s request.
Metallic profiles are made of goldish or silvery anodized aluminium.
For meat and sausages are recommended black painted exhibition surface and silvery anodized aluminium profiles.

Self version of ELLIPSE refrigerated cabinet is intended for demonstration and sale of packed delicatessen in self-service system. Upon the customer’s request cabinet can be supplied both with and without lighted canopy. In the case of necessity ELLIPSE-Self cabinet can be easily transformed into the traditional serve-over one. |

ELLIPSE low temperature cabinet for frozen food presentation and sale.
Temperature rate -6…-8 °Ñ.
In contrast to analogous models ELLIPSE cabinet has the same food loading level both in low temperature and normal temperature versions. This feature allows to organize the most efficient foodstuffs lay-out and to avoid keeping traditional food stock. For this purpose a special heated glass is installed in the cabinet. There is a possibility to build in refrigeration units in the cabinets for traditional shops. |

| For jellied cakes which have small height but occupy big lay-out area a special ELLIPSE version with sliding decks has been developed. Cabinet construction corresponds to the exposed foods features: sliding decks have maximum width 1164 mm, exhibition area depth is 940 mm, minimal sh s 66 mm. |
Modified refrigerated cabinet Ellipse is being manufactured on the basis of the model with standard refrigeration system and without additional storage. Having an advantage of stylish design modified cabinet may be perfectly used in the luxury stores. |

For the purpose of the most efficient use of floor spaces
there were developed internal and external 90° corner elements. |
The new Ellipse 45° corner module increases sales area
efficiency in supermarkets where the runs with 90°
corner elements are not efficient. |
ELLIPSE CABINETS SPECIAL MODELS
 
If the promotional tendencies require to move traditional delicatessen and pastry departments to the cafeteria or confectioner’s shop it’ll be opportune to have a bar counter fitted with technologic equipment to serve customers. We offer a bar module 1875 mm long. Design and construction of this module allow to build it into the Ellipse refrigerated cabinets run. New bar module looks like a bar counter with a working top. Special mirrored divider separates bar module from the refrigerated cabinets. It’s possible to organize also a sort of tasting room using a settee specially designed by Aisberg designers.

ELLIPSE hot cabinet for hot food presentation, cooking and sale. Design of hot cabinet attracts customers to the exposed food and increases sales volume. In the frontal part of the cabinet there is a promotional light-box with price holders. The cabinet construction allows to build in both traditional steam tables for keeping food warm and any professional kitchen appliances, like stoves, grills, hot tables, fry-tops etc.
 
Standard modules set of hot cabinet is as follows:
- steam table 4 GN 1/1 h20;
- neutral s/s working table, L=625/1250 mm;
- hot dry table with cast iron work-top 1250x1060 mm.
