Pizza-Table in the Line of Gastronomic Cabinets

    By special order of «Varus» supermarket chain, Aisberg’s engineers have designed a new version of a cool pizza-table of the same style as «Ellipse» gastronomic cabinets series.

    Such pizza-table at the front line of the prepared foods section is the element of the show based upon pizzaiolo’s skills, hygiene and quality of ingredients.

    It was these requirements, as well as correspondence of the pizza-table exterior to the general style of a prepared foods section, that were focused on when designing the new version of «Ellipse» cabinet.

    To mount the pizza-table in the line of «Ellipse» gastronomic cabinets and at the same time preserve its ergonomics, the standard cabinet was supplied with a large marble surface with gastronomic containers for pizza ingredients. Thus, we managed to follow the requirements of maximum visibility of pizza preparation process to the customers. Moreover, the pizza-display was also provided with an accessible cool chamber with drawers for the storage of pizza dough and read-to-use ingredients.

    Sidewalls and frontal part exterior finish corresponds to the general style of «Ellipse» cabinets installed in the prepared foods section of «Varus» supermarket.

    Dynamic cooling system of this pizza-display was engineered subject to high heat-transfer coefficients in the area of gastronomic containers with pizza ingredients and subject to low air flow speed in the dough storage area to prevent crusting.

    Aisberg’s engineers are now developing a specialized display for pizza preparation in the «Cube» series style.
