 Polyurethane foam is manufactured by mixing the two components, isocyanate and polyol. The quality of the foam is affected especially by the polyol, as its quality varies depending on the manufacturer.
We carefully approached the choice of our supplier, and at the mean time we decided to purchase polyol from the company «Dow Chemical» (USA). Despite the higher price and increased consumption compared to other manufacturers, it has a very high rate of adhesion – adhesion to the metal, which ultimately largely determines the quality and durability of finished cabinets.

- - all polyurethane systems of «Dow Chemical» have the conclusion of the Ukrainian sanitary examination with a direct indication of: The sphere of application and maintenance of the examined object: production of polyurethane thermal insulation of refrigerators, freezers, chests, cabinets, water heaters and other equipment.
