Production of «Aisberg» cabinets is accompanied by a set of anti-corrosion measures involving various metal processing technologies:

All parts of cabinets which have contact with food and enter «the group of corrosion risk» are made of high-quality galvanized steel, while the cabinets bodies are made of steel sheets with alumina-galvanized coating that increases their service life by 3-4 times.

Before covering with paint, metal parts of all cabinets pass degreasing technology of amorphous phosphating, necessary to prevent corrosion and increase the strength of the paint layer.
Following the European requirements for environmentally friendly production processes, by the end of 2011 «Aisberg» is going to switch to an innovative five-step technology of surface preparation for paint coating – nanoceramic – the most efficient in world practice method of metal surfaces preparation.

To enhance corrosion resistance zinc-containing priming is used before application of the paint layer.

Polymer powder paint coatings of worldwide recognized manufacturers – Tiger, Teknos, Jotun, Akzo Nobile, Pulver, Inver – provides long-lasting durable coating.
Composite anti-corrosion protection ensures durability of refrigerated cabinets even if they work in harsh conditions – in contact with aggressive medium (pickles, salted and smoked fish, milk products, alkali) as well as in case of the paint layer damage when moving products.
