In 2011 «Aisberg» will be using the steel with aluzinc coating instead of the traditional galvanized steel in the cabinets housing production.

 

   The protective aluzinc coating has exceptional resistance to aggressive environments of various kinds, mechanical stress, has high anti-corrosion characteristics, heat resistance and low coefficient of heat consumption. All this provides the highest quality of metal housings of refrigerated cabinets.

   The advantage of switching to aluzinc is determined primarily by the high rate of corrosion resistance of the material, which is 2-6 times higher than that of galvanized steel sheet. The operating service of aluzinc is 3 times longer than conventional galvanized steel. Comparative tests of aluzinc and galvanized steel showed that aluzinc cover in cold tap water and distilled water corrodes slower than the zinc in more than 4 times, and in solutions of synthetic detergents in 6 times.
     The presence in aluzinc rolls of metals such as aluminum, zinc and silicone provides a multi-layered defense framework.
     Thus, aluzinc differs favorably from galvanized steel in all these indicators.
